Server name not Taking? Whats the deal?
So im changing the server name and it's not taking no matter what i use, Is there a limit or what am I doing wrong? This is through the server administrator at branzone.

Where are you changing it at? you dont need to stop the server just restart it

You didn't mention which game this was for. This is done differently for each game. However, it sounds like you may setting the name in the incorrect location.
Note: The "[Change Display Name]" within Branzone's control panel does NOT change the in-game server name. This only changes the way it is displayed to you within the Branzone CP. If you are attempting to modify the server name for a BF:BC2 server ... This is where you correctly modify the server name: User Home > Game Servers > [BC2 - SERVERDISPLAYNAME] > Config Files > Editor Hope that helps. Last edited by Grimlock; 03-10-10 at 01:35 PM.
